Planet Panels Preserved Wood Foundations conform to CAN/CSA 406 building code, and arrive to the job site complete with all the caulking, fasteners, and drawings needed for quick and easy construction. Pre-insulated with 3 inches of polyurethane foam, our foundation systems will provide a solid base for any home and improve house performance from the bottom up.
INSULATED FLOOR PANELS
Open floor plans are a unique selling feature of custom built homes. Planet Panels prefabricated floor panels are manufactured with an open web truss and factory insulated R-20 rims , and are a smart alternative to I-Joists or dimensional lumber. Our floor systems provide ample room for plumbing and ductwork with no bulkheads or drops and are pre-stenciled, marked, glued, and screwed with all connecting materials. Custom built to the greatest span lengths possible, they offer great design flexibility and incredibly rapid construction.
PANELIZED WALL SYSTEMS
By custom building in large components, Planet Panels promotes less man power, more work, and rapid assembly of the building envelope. Our wall systems are built with a thermally broken framing pattern embedded into the EPS insulation’s custom cut profile. All electrical boxes are labeled and stenciled for easy location, and precut with chases adjacent to every inside stud. Delivered complete with laminated key plan and blueprint diagram, Planet Panels wall systems are fully fabricated and ready for assembly, minimizing the need for skilled tradesmen on the job site.

PartitionPak is a factory built set of custom interior walls designed to suit the specific needs of your new home. All building materials are hand selected from premium materials stored indoors, and are designed to integrate and assemble seamlessly with all other Planet Panels building systems. PartitionPak allows the already rapid assembly of your Planet Panels home to progress seamlessly.
PARTY WALL PANELS
Planet Panels MultiPak panels are used for party wall construction in multi family buildings and duplexes. These electrician friendly panels are double 2 x 4 framed and built with fire rated sheathing on the inside face of each wall. Ready for wiring immediately after install, every Multi-Pak assembly is designed to meet or exceed all Fire and Sound Transmission Classification (STC) requirements.
ROOF TRUSS SYSTEM
Buildings are designed from the top down with loads and location in mind. Planet Panels supplies custom engineered roof trusses for residential homes. Each truss system is loose shipped complete with all clips, fasteners, sheathing, and dimensional lumber needed to build on site. No additional material sources are required.
INSULATED ROOF PANELS
Used for vaulted ceilings and other custom design applications, Planet Panels fully insulated roof panels offer solid building structure without the use of traditional truss systems. Constructed with oriented strand board on both sides, these panels are manufactured from renewable resources and built with internal structure and custom cut EPS foam to fit each corresponding profile.
